All About Lori Anderson


	The Prettiest Girl in the band! FULL NAME: Lori Lynn {Baker} Anderson BIRTHDAY: December, 20th BORN: Ft. Worth, TEXAS ~~PLAYS:~~ Sings!!!!!!!! I've been singing as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest memories are of singing in church. My Mother taught me harmony, and I sang alto in the family trio. I remember, as a little girl, singing Harper Valley P.T.A. in the car to the top of my lungs, and when I finished the whole family was staring at me. I think I learned then that music can make people stop and listen to you. In 1982 I was singing with my Mother at the Red River Opry in Fink, Texas. Randy was playing bass in the band, and his cousin Clay was playing the drums. Me and Randy started dating shortly afterward. We all played and sang together for a few years. I married Randy in 1985, and we played and sang in the "family band" all over Texas for a few years. We now have 2 beautiful children and live in Dodd City, Texas. Musical Influences: Mom, and the rest of my family Early Reba McIntire Clays comments on Lori Lori is the best singer I know! I say that all the time... it's because it is TRUE!!! I never really thought too much about having a girl in the band. You know, they usually don't play anything, they usually don't want to carry epuipment, they... (you know what I'm saying). The above items are so not Lori! We recently played a gig without her, and though it was a great show, I missed her terribly! She jumps right in and hangs with the boys. Her awesome vocals are just part of what she adds to this show. Her stage presence and onstage banter and b.s. with me makes my job soooo much easier.
